Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and the EU. For shipping outside these regions, please contact us at hello@blocca.club.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders within Norway. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items: Ship according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Norway: 2–5 business days
Sweden & Denmark: 3–7 business days
Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Handcrafted ceramic items are wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Customs & Duties

Norway & EU: No additional customs or duties.
Orders outside the EU: The recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
