Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer law (angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@blocca.club with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Handcrafted & Limited Edition Items

Our products are individually handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are what make each piece one of a kind.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@blocca.club within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
